Our Services

DC Fire Protection & Acoustic Sealing provides specialist passive fire protection and acoustic sealing solutions for a wide range of building projects.

Fire Batts

Fire batt systems are used to maintain fire resistance where services and penetrations pass through walls and floors. Correct installation helps maintain the integrity of fire-rated compartmentation.

Fire Mastic

Fire-rated mastic and sealants are used to seal joints, gaps and service penetrations within fire-rated construction. They can help maintain the required fire resistance of the surrounding construction when installed as part of an appropriate tested system.

Fire Boards

Fire protection boards can be used to provide fire resistance to structural elements, walls, ceilings and service installations, depending on the specified system.

Fire Collars & Pipe Protection

Fire collars and pipe protection systems are designed to protect combustible pipework and service penetrations where they pass through fire-rated walls and floors.

Fire Pillows & Putty

Fire pillows and fire-rated putty can be used around service penetrations and other areas requiring fire stopping, subject to the requirements of the specified system.

Acoustic Sealing

Acoustic sealing helps reduce the transfer of airborne sound through gaps, joints and service penetrations. We provide sealing solutions designed to complement the acoustic requirements of the building.

Drylining & Associated Works

We also provide drylining-related services, including MF ceilings, suspended and grid ceilings, metal stud partitions and taping and jointing.
